If they indeed "tried and convicted" her with the plea agreement for these murders, they can't go back after her for these particular murders. New evidence or not, the Canadian authorities screwed up on her part of the case by jumping the gun. However, I'm pretty confident justice will be served to her upon her release.Originally posted by AoD:
Yup. Too true. She can't be put on trial for Manslaughter for the same case, but the moment she gets out they can arrest her again and charge her with 1st degree murder, or aiding and abedding, or maybe kidnapping with the intention of murder, or something along those lines.
